Debdale Specialist Care will offer its residents the opportunity to:
  • Attend college - Vocational Training.....Game Lea Farm Trust, Unstone Grange Horticultural Center.
  • Access employment and training.
  • Access leisure interests such as swimming, bowling, horse riding, badminton, crown green bowling, cycling and organised day trips and evenings out.
  • Participate and engage in the organisation, planning and participation in day trips and holidays.
  • We can also arrange for the provision of external therapeutic treatments such as aromatherapy, relaxation, music therapy and alternative medical treatments that may incur an individual cost to residents.
  • On site drug and alcohol counselling.
  • Specialist counselling for loss, grief, self-esteem, dealing with the past.
  • Art therapy and intervention using art as a medium.
  • Anger management.
  • Basic skills - personal hygiene, self-help skills, social skills.
  • Literacy skills - in-house or at the local college of further education.
  • I.T. skills - in-house or at the local college of education.
  • Semi-secure environment.
All referrals will be considered on individual merit; this will include provision for Mentally Disordered Offenders without prejudice.
