Thistle Hill Hall has undergone extensive refurbishment in keeping with the building which is listed and dates back to the 17th Century, to create a residential and rehabilitation environment for 18 service users aged 18 to 65 with mental health related problems and associated challenging behaviours.

Thistle Hill Hall is an 18 bedroomed Care Home that stands within 9 acres of preserved woodland and agricultural land and lies within the county of Nottinghamshire in the district of Mansfield. The home is located approximately 1 mile from the busy market town of Mansfield and approximately 5 miles from junction 29 of the M1 motorway.
