Thistle Hill Hall attempts to undertake an extensive assessment upon all service users prior to them moving to the home however for practical reasons this can sometimes present some degree of difficulty.

The entry cost to access our specialist care services commences at £200 per day. Although our operating staffing levels are well above those recommended by the Care Forum; some clients may be assessed as requiring 'one to one' or even higher levels of support for part, or all of the day from time to time, a bespoke fee will be agreed with all parties should this service be required.

A full multi disciplinary team review of the service users’ dependency is undertaken three months after entering the home to ascertain that the level of support is appropriate and ongoing fees will be established.
